Important COBRA Guidelines
There is new guidance related to COBRA that may benefit Qualified Beneficiaries under federal COBRA regulations that allows for extra time to elect
or pay for COBRA Coverage due to the National Emergency in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Failure to pay your premium in full by the due date can
result in termination or suspension of coverage. Your coverage will NOT be reinstated as "active" until the premium is paid current and the insurance
company has retroactively reinstated your coverage.
